Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise. You may print them for yourself, crop or resize for avatars, banners, or thumbnails, and post them online with proper credit.

You may not claim the work as your own, remove my signature, edit/trace it, or use it for AI, NFTs, or cryptocurrency projects.

I keep full copyright of my work, which means I might use it for portfolio, promotion and others. Characters will always be credited to their owners.

Minor variations in my art style may exist between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.

I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I retain the right to edit or make changes on my Terms of Service if I found it necessary, as well as my commission prices.

If the client wants confidentiality for their commission, it must be stated during the ordering process.

NDA fee starts at +20% of the total order, but it may vary.

I am not allowed to share any Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates on social media, and streaming the process of the request.

The fee might cost differently depending the complexity of the client's request.

I retain the right to post the commissioned art only if the client make it public. (e.g., after vtuber debut)

The number of available slots is usually limited to five, although this may vary based on my current workload.

I have the right to remove clients from my waitlist if I don't recieve any communication for a few months.

To start the sketch process, the client must provide references or a detailed description.

If your character is very detailed, I reserve the right to impose a fee, which will be communicated before the payment process.

Clients reserve the right to be informed of any potential delays.

The minimum time required for completion can range from one week to three months depending on the project and my health situation.

Clients have the right to establish a deadline for their commission if needed, with the condition that such deadlines remain within reasonable bounds.

Harassment regarding my work speed will not be tolerated, regardless of the duration that has passed.

Commissions will be worked on in order of their arrival unless I get a request that needs priority. Once commissions are closed, any additional requests will be directed to a waiting list.

Both the initial and final version of the commission will be delivered with watermarks and low quality to prevent potential scams. Following the fulfillment of the first and/or second payment, the commission will be delivered in high quality, including my signature.

I maintain open communication with my clients, providing unlimited Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates at any stage. Feel free to request them anytime.

Unlimited edits are allowed during the sketch phase only.

After sketch approval, only small adjustments are free. Large changes or full redraws may require additional fees.

If I have to redraw the whole sketch again, I reserve the right to impose a fee.

Errors on my part (missed details you provided) will be corrected at no cost.

Color adjustments can be requested during coloring.

Upon sending a WIP to a client, feedback is requested. Failure to provide feedback may result in charging fees for any changes requested to the final piece.

Payment are in USD via PayPal invoice only.

Payment structure is divided. If your order costs under $100 USD, payment must be 100% paid after sketch confirmation.

If your order costs over $100, the payment must be 50% at sketch confirmation, and remaining 50% upon completion.

If payment is not made in 3 days after sending the invoice, your commission will be cancelled.

Rush fees start at +50% of the total order. But it might vary depending on the project and deadline provided.

Rush projects are prioritized by order of deadline.

The client may cancel their request as long as it's before or during the sketching process. However, repeated cancellations may result in blacklisting

No refunds will be granted after sketch confirmation and invoice is sent.

It's the client's responsibility to transfer the money correctly. In case of having errors on delivering the money through Paypal, I will only refund 80% from the total price.
